Processing and dispatch

Orders placed before our daily cut-off ship within one business day. You will receive an email confirmation at checkout and a second email with tracking once your parcel is on its way. Every order is fulfilled from the documented 2026 production batch, the same one published on our verification page.

Delivery times and cost

• Average U.S. delivery: 3 to 6 business days after dispatch.
• Free U.S. shipping on 6-bottle orders.
• Standard U.S. shipping applies to 2-bottle and 3-bottle orders and is calculated at checkout.
• We currently ship within the United States only.

Tracking your order

The tracking link in your dispatch email updates within 24 hours of the carrier scanning your parcel. If it has not moved after two business days, email orders@hormonefluxofficial.com with your order number and we will chase it for you.

Lost, delayed, or damaged parcels

If your order arrives damaged, or tracking stalls for an unusual length of time, contact us. We will work with the carrier and, where needed, send a replacement from current-cycle stock. You should never be out of pocket for a courier error.

Returns and refunds

Returns are handled under our 90-day money-back guarantee. The full process, including the returns address and timelines, is on the guarantee page. In short: contact support within 90 days, send back any remaining bottles, and we refund the purchase price.
