How our review process works
- Formula review. Before a formula is finalized, our panel reviews each ingredient and dose for plausibility, safety, and honest framing.
- Claims check. Every benefit statement on this site is checked against the language a supplement may responsibly use. "Supports," not "cures."
- Content review. Educational pages are reviewed against current ingredient literature, and references are listed where relevant.
- Periodic re-review. As new evidence appears, pages and claims are revisited and corrected. Corrections are made openly rather than quietly buried.
Advisors provide professional review and do not receive equity in Bellhaven Women's Health. Their role is to keep us accountable, not to sell product. Credentials and names shown are representative of the panel's expertise.
The line we will not cross
