Eligibility

The guarantee applies to HormoneFlux purchased through hormonefluxofficial.com, the authorized distribution portal, within 90 days of your order date. Because HormoneFlux is sold only here, purchases made through other websites, marketplaces, or third parties are not covered and cannot be verified by us.

How to start a refund

Email orders@hormonefluxofficial.com or call +1 (843) 555-0172 with your order number. We will provide a returns address. Return any remaining bottles, including empty ones, and once your return is in transit we will refund the purchase price to your original payment method, typically within 5 to 7 business days of receipt.

What is and is not refunded

We refund the product purchase price. Original shipping charges, where they applied, are not refunded, and return shipping is the customer's responsibility. The two digital bonus guides included with multi-bottle orders are yours to keep.

Damaged or incorrect orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 30 days and we will replace it at no cost. Photographs help us resolve these quickly.
